Sorry About That...
This actually happened yester-day, but, as in summer, during the winter break, my sleep schedule turns over so I go to sleep at like 3 in the morning and wake up at about noon.
Anyway.

I’m tired, and I listened to this this morning, so I don’t remember it very well. The only thing I have to say is that there are eleven tracks. Pictures at an Exhibition - Modest Mussorgsky

This was an interesting experience. The only version of Pictures at an Exhibition I’d heard before this was the Emerson, Lake, and Palmer version. So the journey from the progressive rock band version back to the original symphonic version was an interesting one.

What stood out mostly on this for me what how they arranged their version of “Walk, Don’t Run.” I recently learned how to play that song, so hearing a different version of it while still knowing my way around the song (how it was played and the tempo and what not), made me appreciate the song as a whole better, whether it’s this version of the original by the Ventures.
