It looks as if I’m going to start 2012 with a cold, which is disappointing.  Not only for it’s own sake, but also because I started 2011 with about an hour of hiccups.  A cold just can’t compete with hiccups.

I was just at the gas station, and I realised I have this weird pre-occupation with memorising the license plates and/or characteristics of cars there, just in case the police come and ask, “Hey, did any of you see this type of car speed away?” At least memorising that 851 GEI was the license plate of a silver Dodge Durango gives me something to do while I’m waiting in the car. ...
