Like I mentioned, I try to have fun with my boring homework for grammar class and have fun filling in the sentences.  So for, “The ____ thief escaped,” I put, “The anachronistic thief escaped,” which I had to read to-day.

Then my professor asked someone else what he had for the sentence:

“I just had, ‘The slow thief escaped.’  I didn’t go through the thesaurus.”

It’s ridiculous, but I now feel I need to apologise for having fun and also having a vast vocabulary.
